St George's Medical Practice would like to inform the public of their upcoming move and rename.

We are finally moving into our new premises over the weekend of 15/16 June 2024.
We will provide service from the temporary accommodation as St George's Medical Practice for the last time on Friday 14 June 2024.
From Monday 17 June 2024 we will be operating from Middleton and Dinsdale Medical Practice.
