Your spotlight on local services

Darlington Sexual Health Services

Darlington Sexual Health Services

County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to have been awarded the contract to provide an integrated sexual health service for people in Darlington, starting from 1 August 2018.

They will be providing sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment from the Hub Clinic at the Sexual Health Centre in Darlington Memorial Hospital, and long acting reversible contraception (IUD, IUS and implants) from the Community Clinic at Dr Piper House in Darlington.

You can self-refer to the service, so do not need to see your GP to attend. Please see contact details and opening times here. There are both appointment-based or ‘walk in’ sessions.

The service also includes a community condom scheme and emergency oral contraception available from participating pharmacies. Please click for a link to Emergency Contraception venues and C Card venues.
