The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Notice
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union.
From 25th May 2018, you will have more rights to understand what information organisations hold about you and how they use it. We will soon be publishing a privacy notification that explains this.
We are currently looking at how changes affect people on our e-bullletin distribution list. Our newsletter is a legitimate interest because it’s a key part of us fulfilling our statutory duty to keep you informed - See Section 221(2) of The Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.
To help us comply with GDPR, we remind you that if you would like to stop receiving our e-bulletin, please click unsubscribe at the bottom of emails you receive.
