Your spotlight on local services

Great North Care Record - What are people saying about data sharing

Healthwatch Darlington would like to encourage individuals living in Darlington to take part in the free online discussions happening on 7th November 2018. This is a fantastic opportunity to find out about the exciting developments following on from the Great North Care Record focus groups which happened earlier in the year.

Join the Great North Care Record team on 7 November in an online discussion following the Healthwatch focus groups which took place last year.

Healthwatch organisations across the North East and North Cumbria hosted over 20 focus groups which explored participants views on sharing their healthcare information.

Researchers at Newcastle University have analysed the transcripts from the focus groups and produced a report. The findings from this report is informing the future development of the Great North Care Record.

The research team will bring participants up to date with the findings and what the Great North Care Record is doing next, and how you can get involved

Register for the online session.
