Healthwatch Darlington’s Activities and Outreach Dates
Coming up in the next few weeks Healthwatch Darlington will be out and about visiting various venues and attending events.
We will be speaking to individuals about our ‘What’s important to you?’ survey encouraging everyone to take part and to tell us which health & social care services they think we should prioritise during 2019/20.
We will be launching our next big project exploring NHS Continuing Health Care and Hospital Discharge. We will have two surveys available and we will be encouraging anyone who has an experience to take part.
It’s important we encourage as many people living in Darlington as possible to share their views and experiences when it comes to health and social care services. We aim to champion the voice of people using health services and improving services for the future. You may not have a direct experience to share but you may wish to speak up on behalf of someone who does (For example a family member or someone you care for).
All of our surveys can be accessed online via our e-bulletin and social media platforms, but we also take paper copies out into the community so that it is accessible to more people. Alternatively, you may wish to pop by our office or call 01325 380145 so we can send one in the post.
