Healthwatch Darlington's Volunteer Celebration & Recuitment Event - THANK YOU
We would like to thank everyone who attended our recent 'Volunteer Celebration & Recruitment Event'.
Our team of volunteer Health Connectors had a fantastic time and we hope they enjoyed receiving the recognition they truly deserve. Every day they make a difference to local services, patients and their families. Healthwatch Darlington want everyone to realise the efforts our volunteers go to, to making sure everyone has a voice when it comes to health and social care.
We are pleased to say that we have several volunteering enquiries to follow up with the possibility of some new volunteer Health Connectors joining the team.
If you or someone you know would like to find out about our volunteering programme please visit the What do our Volunteers do page to 'Get Involved' where you can find resources such as; role descriptions, application pack, latest Health Connector news and our Volunteer of the Month recognition scheme.
We have our next round of Healthwatch training taking place during July 2018. This will be for any new volunteer Health Connectors who have recently joined the team so now would be the perfect time to apply.
