Your spotlight on local services

Improving Access to Psychologial Therapies (IAPT) - Thank you from Healthwatch Darlington and Final report now available

As you may be aware, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Durham and Tees are working together to deliver an enhanced IAPT service that it is consistent and equitable across the region with a single point of access.  This will mean changing the way that the service is delivered currently.

During April 2018, past and present services users, stakeholders and members of the public, were invited to have their say and provide their feedback and views on the proposed model.  They did this either by attending a series of focus group events and completing an online survey.
Healthwatch Darlington want to thank individuals and organisations across Darlington who worked with us in our engagment focus groups during April 2018. Your feedback was used in a report and sent to the clinical commissioning groups which has been included in their final report. Please find attached a letter from Darlington Clinical Commissiong Group which thanks you for your input.
A summary report has been produced which highlights the feedback they received during the engagement period.
Please find attached a copy of the report!
