Tees Valley Personal Health Budget (PHB) Network - Summit Thursday 29th November 2018


A Tees Valley, Personal Health Budget (PHB) Network has been established to share information and reduce the challenges from application to delivery of a PHB.  The collaborative partnership includes;

A representative from Neuro Key - working name for the Charity Tees Valley, Durham and North Yorkshire Neurological Alliance

A representative from ADDER - a regional Charity for Dystonia

A representative from Darlington Association on Disability

A representative from Middlesbrough and Stockton MIND

A representative from Tees Valley Wildlife Trust

The Network aims to broker good practice, disseminate consistent, reliable information for individuals and organisations to understand the process. They encourage innovative thinking to improve health and well-being for people isolated by chronic health conditions or disability.

A PHB Summit is arranged for November 29th, booking essential;




What is Healthwatch Darlington?

Healthwatch Darlington is the independent champion for people using local health and social care services in the Darlington borough. We listen to what people like about services and what could be improved. We share their views with those with the power to make change happen. People can also speak to us to find information about health and social care services available locally. 

Our sole purpose is to help make care better for people.
