Attached is a briefing outlining how patients/residents can access NHS dental services in the North East and North Cumbria.

There are four ways patients can access NHS dental care:

1. Contact an NHS dentist

2. Contact dentists that have extra urgent appointments

3. Book an appointment at an urgent dental access centre

4. Contact NHS 111 for urgent care
