Darlington Association on Disability offer support and services for disabled people, older people, people who have a learning difficulty or experience mental ill health. They can support people of all ages and impairments. They exist to promote independence and choice. They support disabled people and carers through the provision of services, support and information, and by tackling issues affecting disabled people both locally and nationally.
Darlington Community MSK Service - The service provided by Connect Health, is for people with muscoskeletal conditions, including soft tissue, muscles, joints and ligaments. The Darlington muscoskeletal service team includes specialist clinicians covering all muscoskeletal specialist areas, who can provide a comprehensive assessment and a range of treatments and management plans within local health centres and GP surgeries. You can refer yourself into the service or be referred by your GP. To self-refer please call 01325 728988, where one of the team will register your details and arrange your first appointment, which may be face to face or a telephone appointment.
