Join us for our free online 'families' session inviting parents, carers and grandparents to share their experiences.
Anyone who signs up and takes part in the session will be entered into a prize draw to receive a £20 shopping voucher.
As health and social care services work to provide the best possible care during COVID-19, public feedback can play a crucial role to help us identify and address issues that affect the quality of people’s care - that's where you come in.
We want to understand how you may have used services to support young people during 'lock down' and explore the impact the 'new normal' may be having on mental health in Darlington.
The session will be hosted by trained staff and volunteers and the experiences you share will remain anonymous.
