Age UK North Yorkshire and Darlington have a FREE online chair based Yoga class starting on Monday afternoons.

If you would like to join the live 45 minute Zoom class but don’t have a device don’t worry they can help. If you are interested in taking part in the Yoga class but don’t know how to use Zoom that’s not a problem either they can help there too.
