Darlington Needs Led Neurodevelopmental Pathway
Tees Valley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) share information and resources in relation to Darlington Needs Led Neurodevelopmental Pathway.
Over an 18 month period, health services, local authority, parent carer forums and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations have worked together to design a new ‘needs led’ pathway to help support parents/carers and children where the child has a need associated with a neurodevelopmental condition, autism and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
