Mental Health Champions

Darlington Mind is offering training through the Mental Health Champions scheme for workplaces and in community settings.
Mental Health

This is to develop awareness and enable people to support and safeguard the mental wellbeing of those they work with and serve.

This course is intended to teach people effective ways to help talk to friends, neighbours, loved ones and colleagues who might be dealing with mental health issues and how approach them with the knowledge, confidence and open mindedness needed. It is a helpful guide to know what things to do and what not to do in a given situations. It teaches people about mental health issues in depth and equips people with knowledge of how people may be feeling and how you can support them. This course is certified for those who attend. Our workshops are free to attend and we can arrange delivery face to face or online

Please feel free to contact me to discuss or book a session.
