Upskill into Employment with EE, Aldi, or Cummins…
Bespoke Employer Led Programmes (BELPs) are free, one-week upskilling courses for job seekers in Darlington, delivered by Learning & Skills Darlington in partnership with YEI Darlington, Job Centre Plus and employers across the borough.
BELPs act as a fast-track route into employment and guarantee a site tour of the employers’ facilities and guaranteed interview upon completion of the course.
Courses run throughout the year. Learning & Skills currently offer:
- Customer Service in partnership with EE
- Warehousing in partnership with Aldi
- Engineering in partnership with Cummins
