Tees Valley YMCA - news update

Tees Valley YMCA would like to update you on their latest events throughout November.

The following is directly from Tees Valley YMCA.

Our youth sessions are in full swing throughout the week in our on-site HUB at Tees Valley YMCA, Middleton Court, DL1 1TU. We are back out in the community holding our youth sessions in local community centres and primary schools, we are hoping to expand on this by reaching out to new venues. We do have something in the works so keep your eyes peeled for updates on possible new youth sessions!

This month there are a few dates we would like to make you aware of such as Youth Week 6th – 12th November. We aim to raise awareness and the importance of youth work in every place and space, as well as celebrate young people’s contributions to their community. The following week is Anti-bullying Week 13th – 17th November, our youth sessions will include helpful resources and tools to help support young people who may be experiencing bullying. Lastly is Road Safety Week 20th – 24th November, likewise our sessions will be tailored around this topic to inform young people of how to be safe on the roads as either a pedestrian, cyclist or road user.

Please find attached our weekly youth session schedule for what’s on currently in the HUB as well as our referral form for organisations. Should you know of any young people who would be interested or perhaps would benefit from getting involved with our activities, please fill out the form or feel free to contact us directly with any queries.
