Darlington Borough Council - Stopping the start: A new plan to create a smokefree generation
The government has outlined new proposals to stop future generations from starting to smoke and tackle the rise in youth vaping.
To do this, Darlington Borough Council - as part of an overall government consultation - are wanting to hear from local people in the form of a short version, focusing on key questions, to give them an early indication of people’s views.
