Arcus - update on counselling pricing structure

Arcus is now under new Management, and as part of that they wish to inform you about an upcoming change that will affect their counselling pricing structure.

The following information is directly from Arcus.

Arcus

Over the past few months, our company has closely monitored the unavoidable increase in the cost of living and inflation rates. Unfortunately, these factors have significantly impacted our operational expenses, as a result, we find it necessary to adjust our prices in order to maintain the high level of quality and service that our clients should expect from us.

Effective from Monday 11th December, we will be implementing a fee for every counselling session including for those who are not working and/or working less than 10 hours per week. We understand that these price changes may be inconvenient and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Moving forward from this date, we will be charging all clients as per the above. Both those on the waiting list and those being assessed from Monday 11th. Clients currently being seen will not be affected by this. Please note that we will write to all our clients to advise them of this.
Please be assured that we have made every effort to minimize the impact on our customers, and this decision was reached after careful consideration. We value your trust in Arcus and assure you that we will continue to provide exceptional service.

In the face of economic challenges, we are committed to maintaining our commitment to quality, and client satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and for your continued support of our organisation.
