The wonderful team at First Stop Darlington have introduced their next 7 week course starting in November. It is primarily for people who are limiting their lives due to their anxieties, depression and significant lack of self-esteem and self-confidence.

Durham County Carers Support are incredibly proud to offer a free Counselling Service to Carers who need emotional support as they navigate the challenges of their caring role. This service has become a vital lifeline for many — offering a safe, confidential space for Carers to talk, reflect, and strengthen their resilience.

Carers Week is fast approaching — running from Monday 9th to Sunday 15th June 2025 — and the incredible team at Darlington Carers Support are excited to share what they have planned, to celebrate and recognise the incredible work of unpaid Carers in our community.
