Kooth - Supporting young people over the festive period

Kooth have announced their opening hours to support young people across the festive period.

Below are the opening hours during Christmas and New Year: 

  • 24 December: 12pm – 8pm 
  • 25 December: 4pm – 8pm 
  • 26 December: 12pm – 8pm 
  • 31 December: 12pm – 8pm 
  • 1 January 2025: 4pm – 8pm

All other days over the holiday period will follow their usual live chat hours of 12pm – 10pm on weekdays and 6pm – 10pm on weekends.

Kooth is an online platform to help young people with their mental health and wellbeing - a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) accredited digital mental health service, and provide free services through the NHS.
