Mental Health Leader Award Research Priority Survey

Teesside University is running in partnership with Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Manchester as part of the Mental Health Leadership Award to understand what matters most to people when it comes to mental health, so that future research reflects real community needs and priorities.

They have already spoken with a wide range of people in the Tees Valley area, including people with lived experience of mental health challenges, voluntary and community organisations, charities, people working in health & social care, and local authorities. They have held workshops, shared surveys, reviewed policies, and had informal chats - which have all helped them to begin understanding the mental health topics which are most important to local communities.

A short survey is available below - which will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Within the survey, you will be asked to rank a list of six priority topics for mental health research.

The deadline for completing the survey is 11.59pm on Sunday 15th February.
