PHD Stakeholder Feedback on Proposed Mission and Strategy 2026 - 2030
Primary Healthcare Darlington (PHD) provides a range of services, training and support across Darlington, From Forsythe House base on Woodlands Road, in the community and GP Surgeries.
They are wholly owned by local GPs and have a mission to help patients across the borough. They have been going as a federation for over 11 years now and they are wanting peoples views on their strategy and on areas of work you think they could look at in the future.
