NHS Change 4 Life

Change4Life aims to ensure parents and  young people (who want to learn) have the essential support and tools they need to make healthier choices for their families.

Modern life can mean we are a lot busier, less active, and more reliant on convenience and fast food than we used to be.

But that's where Change4Life comes in, helping families with fun ideas to help kids stay healthy, whether with easy recipes for busy weeknights, great sugar swaps, Disney-inspired games to get kids moving or help in understanding food labels.

Couch to 5k

Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners. It was developed by a new runner, Josh Clark, who wanted to help his 50-something mum get off the couch and start running, too. The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks.
