Humankind have a vacancy for a Project Worker in their Darlington Young Carers Service.
A vacancy has arisen for a Project Worker to provide holistic assessment and support to young carers and their families; aiming to reduce the impact of their caring role.
The 24 hour post will be based within the Darlington Young Carers Service supporting young people with a caring role, up to the age of 25 years old.
