#BecauseWeAllCare - Hospital Discharge survey
Healthwatch Darlington together with the Care Quality Commission and Healthwatch England, are launching the next phase of our #BecauseWeAllCare campaign with a focus on Hospital Discharge. Do you have an experience to share of leaving hospital?
The next phase of our campaign runs from 21st July - 16th August 2020 and we're asking you to share with us your experiences of leaving hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the pandemic arrived in the UK, to make room for the sudden need for more beds, the NHS changed the way it discharged people from hospital.
Please take just 10-15 minutes to tell us about your experience - whether you're the patient or the carer - and help the NHS know how to improve care for all.
