Anxious about returning to school in September?

It's understandable that in these uncertain times children and young people and even their parents may feel anxious about them returning to school - and that's why Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust have produced guides to help you.

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust have shared a range of resources to help guide children and young people and their parents through the transition back to school.  These resources include transition scenarios so you can talk to a young person and understand how they will feel in certain situations in the new academic year, a book for young children to explain how returning to school might be a little bit different, a helpful guide for young people on how to deal with back to school anxiety, and a similar guide for parents to help your child prepare for their return to school.

You can download all these wonderful resources below.
