Living with Covid-19 - Tell NHS Tees Valley CCG about your experience
NHS Tees Valley CCG would like to gather the thoughts and perspectives of people who are living with symptoms of Covid-19 and who have done so for over four weeks, in order to determine how best to support them and ensure that services are available.
The below survey asks about the most common symptoms people have experienced and for how long, as well as which self-help resources people have utilised and what they feel they might benefit from in the future:
