The Leadership for Empowered Communities and Personalised Care programme may be for you!
This is a completely co-produced and co-facilitated programme run by a team of national experts in leadership development, co-production, community development and personalised care - many of whom have lived experience.
You will have a blended learning experience from January - July 2023, and throughout this time you’ll benefit from:
- A series of leadership development workshops (including one residential)
- Action learning sets
- One-to-one leadership coaching sessions
- A specialist 360-degree feedback diagnostic based on our specialist leadership framework
