Circles North job vacancies with Nepacs

Circles is a well-established community rehabilitation programme for people who have caused sexual harm. Overseen by a governing organisation, Circles UK, of which Nepacs are members, the programme is ground-breaking, offering supportive social networks for individuals committed to changing their behaviour and creating a positive future for themselves and others.

The evidence-based interventions are volunteer-led, enabling trained members of the community to play an active role in reducing reoffending rates and supporting the safe integration of individuals into wider society. Working closely with probation, police and prisons, Circles adopts an integrated risk management approach which will underpin all delivery and ensure fully co-ordinated, wraparound support for each participant. This will make our communities safer and will prevent future victims.

To deliver the programme they are currently advertising for the following:

• Team manager Circles North -  37.5 hours per week, competitive salary dependent on experience
• Circles project coordinator North East - 37.5 hours per week, Salary £28,977  The post will be a hybrid of community sites in the North East and home working, with occasional attendance at their Head Office in Durham.
