Eating Distress North East - VCSE Eating Distress Learning Community - FREE Training for VCSE Staff & Volunteers

Eating Distress North East (EDNE) are facilitating a regional network for staff from VCSE organisations who would like to learn more about eating distress/disorders in order to be able to better support service users within the community.

The work is funded by the Adult Eating Disorder Provider Collaborative (part of the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System) and is aimed at organisations working with people aged 16+.

The Eating Distress Learning Community was launched in the summer and now has over 115 members who access FREE training around eating distress to improve their knowledge, skills, and confidence.

New members are always welcome, and you can sign up to the Eating Distress Learning Community here. Their second FREE online training session for members of the Learning Community entitled "Cultivating Confidence" will be opening for bookings on 15th November, so join the network now to ensure you get the chance to book your place!
