NHS Carer Break scheme - Funding available
If you’re a Carer living in County Durham or Darlington, you may be eligible for support through the NHS Carer Break scheme.
This funding is designed to give you, as a carer, a well-earned break and help improve your health and wellbeing.
You could receive funding towards activities and items such as:
• Complementary therapies or spa days
• Cinema or theatre vouchers
• Gardening tools or equipment
• Gym memberships or sports tickets
• Craft materials and much more...
