Post‑16 Choices Event - Open To All Parent Carers!
The Parent Carer Forum are hosting a post-16 event at Blackwell Grange Hotel in Darlington on the 18th February.
This information event brings together services, providers, and young people sharing their stories. Whether your young person is already over 16 or you’re simply planning ahead, this event is for all families of children and young people with SEND or additional needs.
