STRIDE: Empowering people in Darlington With Recovery Support
STRIDE - Supporting Treatment and Recovery in Darlington through Empowerment - brings together the expertise of With You, Recovery Connections, and the STRIDE Engagement Team to offer a free, confidential service for people of all ages who want to make positive changes in their lives.
The service offers a wide range of support options designed to meet people wherever they are in their recovery journey. This includes one‑to‑one sessions, groupwork, clinical support and medication, and needle and syringe services. STRIDE also places strong emphasis on community, offering a welcoming recovery network where people can build confidence, share experiences, and find encouragement from others who understand what they’re going through.
STRIDE have three locations across the town - Tubwell Row, Coniscliffe Road, and Duke Street.
