PAPYRUS - Free Suicide Prevention Training for Veterans & Support Workers
PAPYRUS has received funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund to deliver a FREE 2-day ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) course on 19-20th May at Birk Crag Centre, Harrogate.
This CPD-accredited course is open to anyone aged 16+ who is a veteran, works with veterans or supports veterans (e.g. military families).
This course equips participants with the skills to recognise, and act on, the signs that someone is having thoughts of suicide, and support veterans to stay safe from suicide. Places are normally £200pp, so make the most of these funded places.
