A new telephone project launched to connect socially isolated or lonely service users with friendly volunteers and staff to talk about care experiences and ask questions.

We know not everyone uses the internet or has access to a computer at home. We think it's important that anyone who wants to share their health and care experiences, can get in touch with our team during our opening hours (Mon - Friday, 9am - 4pm).

The telephone appointments will provide people with an opportunity to share their views, ask us questions about their local services and to tell us how they have been during the pandemic. This will help anyone who is vulnerable and lonely who might want a friendly person to chat to.

If you know a service user, loved one or even a neighbour who would benefit from one of our calls you can get in touch and arrange an appointment.
