Together for Change is an exploratory project aiming to bring together organisations throughout Tees Valley who support people experiencing multiple disadvantages such as mental ill health, drug/alcohol misuse, homelessness, domestic violence and offending.   Together for Change wants to complement the excellent work in the charity/VCSE sector and further develop these links throughout Tees Valley. We want to facilitate partnerships to improve information and knowledge sharing, build connections and enhance partnership working.   Together, we want to identify new ways of working; access new funding, sustain, improve and develop services in a way that works for you and those you support. To enable this, we are submitting a c.£500,000 3 year bid to the National Lottery Community Fund, Partnership Fund, in early 2022. We’d love it if you’d like to get involved.   To do so please complete this short survey to register your interest.

The survey will take approximately 6 minutes to complete. Together for Change is an exploratory project aiming to bring together organisations throughout Tees Valley who support people experiencing multiple disadvantages such as mental ill health, drug/alcohol misuse, homelessness, domestic violence and offending.  Together for Change aims to complement work already in place through the VCSE in each area to support those experiencing complex challenges and further develop these links across Tees Valley. By creating a network where we can share information and knowledge, develop connections and identify new ways of working, we want to create a platform that champions the needs of organisations within the network, giving them more of a voice and exploring funding opportunities. We aim to facilitate partnerships that can secure funding to sustain, improve and develop services and enable the people who access these services to get their needs met more effectively.
