- Understand the impact of Customer Service within Retail.
- Understand the retail selling process, including Payments and Stock control.

ELIGIBILITY:
- Aged 19 or over
- UK resident for 3+ years
- Unemployed and receiving benefits OR
- Employed and earning a salary less than £17,374.50
