Carers Forum - West Park Hospital

Alzheimer’s Society and West Park Hospital are delivering a pilot project over ten weeks to support carers of people living with dementia.

Beginning Monday 5th June, the Carers Forum will be a safe place offering advice and information to support carers.

While the forum takes place, staff are on hand to support the person you care for.

The sessions take place Every Monday at 3.30pm Beech Unit, West Park Hospital, Edward Pease Way, Darlington DL2 2TS.

You can attend any or all sessions. Booking your place is essential.
