Daisy Chain are very excited to announce the launch of their new service - My Life My Community.
Daisy Chain will be delivering accessible social groups for autistic and neurodivergent adults across the Tees Valley.
Their Darlington, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool groups are now open for expressions of interest!
Groups in Stockton and Redcar & Cleveland are on their way!
