The Dementia Friendly Darlington working group has created a survey to gather feedback from people in Darlington affected by Dementia.
They are gathering the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of people affected by dementia to better understand what matters most to them. The insights collected will help shape future work aimed at improving the lives of those living with dementia and their carers.
